Meet Missy Belk, NP, APRN-BC

Owner, Clinical Director & Injector

With over 20 years of advanced practice experience, Missy Belk brings a trusted medical background with board certification and a passion for aesthetics and education. Her approach to aesthetics is both medical and mindful — combining expert technique with an eye for balance and harmony. Missy believes that every patient deserves individualized care and honest guidance in achieving their aesthetic goals.

As an Independent Nurse Practitioner, Missy built her med spa around a simple belief — that beauty should feel authentic. Her goal is to help patients look refreshed through expert injectable techniques that enhance natural features while maintaining balance and harmony.

Missy’s professional foundation combines advanced medical expertise with extensive experience in cosmetic injectables, patient education, and aesthetic artistry. Her calm, clinical approach ensures precision and safety in every treatment, while her eye for detail brings results that feel natural and empowering.

About Shelley Wilcox

Meet Shelley Wilcox, CCMA

Medical Assistant

Unlike the others, Shelley was born and raised here in the 417, down in Ava. After high school, she joined the Navy and went from being land‑locked to water‑locked.

It was there she met her husband, Kyle, and the two of them eventually moved to the West Coast, where he’s originally from. There, they welcomed two beautiful girls, Alyssa and Karlee.

Shelley has worked a wide variety of jobs, from cave guiding and pool cleaning to orthopedics and urgent care. She brought her family back to her roots in 2021 and began doing PRN clinic work. That’s where she met Missy, and they instantly clicked. They’ve now been working together for nearly four years.

When she’s not in the office, she’s probably watching her kids play soccer or dance. If not, you can find them on a trail, a putt‑putt course, or at Silver Dollar City. Unless it’s cold, then she and her girls are most likely inside baking and watching movies.

About Marissa Davis

Meet Marissa Davis

Office Manager & Social Media Manager

Originally from Kansas City, MO, Marissa made Rogersville her home in 2022. She met her husband, Brett, through competitive steak cooking, and they were married in December 2023. At home, they have two giant rottweilers, Clover and Elza, who keep life entertaining.

Marissa holds a BS in Psychology with a minor in HDFS from Iowa State University, as well as a BS in Interior Design & Construction with a minor in Construction from Missouri State University. She and Missy teamed up to design our new office, and they hope you love the space as much as they loved creating it!

When she’s not working in the office, Marissa enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and relaxing at the lake. She’s also learning (or at least trying to learn) how to golf. Marissa loves to cook and bake, earning the title of 2020 World Champion in the Steak Cookoff Association, while Brett followed suit as the 2023 Missouri State Champion!

About Matt Kienstra

Meet Matt Kienstra, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Kienstra is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon with more than 20 years of experience devoted exclusively to facial plastic surgery. He completed his internship and residency training at the Mayo Clinic, followed by a highly competitive facial plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Kienstra has practiced in Springfield, Missouri since 2008 and currently serves as Department Chair of Surgical Services at Mercy Hospital. He is recognized for his clinical leadership, adherence to evidence-based standards, and commitment to patient safety.

As Medical Director, Dr. Kienstra provides medical oversight and supervision for aesthetic injectable services in accordance with Missouri statutes, regulations, and standard of care. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Establishing and reviewing clinical protocols and treatment guidelines

– Oversight of injectable procedures and delegated medical acts

– Ensuring compliance with state regulations and professional standards

– Availability for consultation, case review, and quality assurance

Dr. Kienstra does not routinely provide direct patient care within the med spa however he is available for consultative services. All services are rendered in accordance with Missouri law and under the supervision structure outlined in the applicable Medical Director and/or Collaborative Practice Agreement.
